TORONTO, November 3, 2025 – Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) October sales were up 14.6% YOY with 22,689 units sold, helped by strong demand for its electrified vehicles.

Camry Hybrid (up 63.0% YOY), Corolla Hybrid (up 109.9% YOY), Tacoma Hybrid (up 176.0% YOY), Sequoia (up 37.1%), Sienna (up 100.9% YOY) and Lexus TX Hybrid (408.3% YOY) are amongst the electrified nameplates seeing record October sales.

On a year-to-date basis, TCI sales of electrified vehicles are up 10.6% YOY.

Toyota Division had a record October with 20,285 units sold, up 17.4%, with electrified sales representing 45.1% of all Toyota units sold.

For our Toyota Division, strong demand in the sedan segment led the way once again for electrified sales. The Toyota Corolla Hybrid set an October record, with 1,337 units sold, up 109.9% YOY, followed by another October for the Toyota Camry Hybrid with 846 units sold, up 63.0%. Other electrified vehicles setting records during October include the Sienna, seeing an all-time monthly record since shifting to a Hybrid powertrain.

The Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada-made RAV4 reached sales of 6,275 units, up 9.5% YOY.

Lexus Division October sales were down 4.9% YOY, with 2,405 units sold, with electrified sales representing 53.3% of overall Lexus sales.

Numerous nameplates saw strong demand during October, including:

–         Toyota Prius family (up 34.0%)

–         Toyota Camry Hybrid (best October, up 63.0%)

–         Toyota Corolla Hybrid (best October, up 109.9%)

–         Toyota Corolla Cross family (up 12.8%)

–         Toyota Tacoma Hybrid (best October, up 176.0%)

–         Toyota RAV4 family (up 9.5%)

–         Toyota Crown Signia (best October, up 21.2%)

–         Toyota Sequoia (best October, up 37.1%)

–         Sienna Hybrid (best October, up 100.9%)

–         Lexus NX PHEV (up 13.6%)

–         Lexus RX PHEV (best October, up 22.9%)

–         Lexus TX family (best October, up 189.8%)

–         Lexus TX (best October, up 118.9%)

–         Lexus TX Hybrid (best October, up 408.3%)
