The staff made you feel welcomed as soon as you entered the door. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Bob took the time to explain all features and never felt rushed through it. Toyota takes good care of their customers (offering free car washes)!! Everyone there was professional and polite. Thank you Toyota for the amazing experience!!
